We exist to make the hardest conversations at work easier to have.

Georgia is a soft skills training platform for heavy industry. Sales teams, supervisors and crews across construction, mining, aggregates and ready mix practise the hard conversation with an AI role-play coach, in short sessions on shift, before they have it for real.

Everyone already knows what to say. Almost nobody has practised saying it while a customer pushes back on price or a shift is running late. That gap is the whole of our work.

Four convictions that decide what we build, and what we refuse to build.

Practice beats knowledge.

Every team we meet already knows what good looks like. They have had the workshop. Saying it while a customer pushes back on price is a different skill entirely.

Small and often beats big and rare.

One offsite a year loses to three minutes on a Tuesday. Sessions run 3 to 8 minutes so practice fits between meetings instead of competing with them.

Nobody learns while being judged.

People freeze in role play because their boss is in the room. Georgia is non-judgmental by design. You can be bad at the conversation privately, as many times as you need.

Built for the field, not the boardroom.

Our users are quoting a job from a truck or running a shift at a plant. So we priced Georgia for whole teams: no seat counting, no token limits, no Silicon Valley markup. See who Georgia is for.

From the founders

It started with a harsh observation.

“Throughout our professional journeys in coaching, SaaS and management consulting we shared a harsh observation: unspoken tensions, misunderstandings, damaged relationships.

Grains of sand that weaken teams, break personal morale and hinder productivity. Convinced that communication can be taught, and driven by our shared taste for useful technology, we created Georgia. An accessible, structured and non-judgmental role play tool to make interpersonal relationship training possible for everyone.”

The people behind Georgia

Georgia needs two kinds of know-how, and we put both in the founding team on purpose: people who have spent decades in the room where the hard conversations happen, and people who have spent decades building AI.

Julia Georgi, co-founder and CEO of Georgia

Julia Georgi

Co-founder & CEO

Sets the direction, and is usually the one on a customer call finding out what we got wrong.

Delphine Voillet, co-founder and coach at Georgia

Co-founder & Coach

25+ years of coaching. If Georgia ever sounds kind to you, that is her doing.

And the rest of us
Alex Kachur, CTO at Georgia

Alex Kachur

CTO

Runs the tech and the engineers building it. Two decades of AI platforms behind him.

Anna Faizulina, who runs sales at Georgia

Sales

Runs sales. She spends her days on the same calls Georgia trains people for, which keeps us honest.

Growth

Finds the teams who need this and have not heard of us yet.

We are not big on titles. Everyone here talks to customers, everyone tests the product, and whoever is closest to a problem is the one who fixes it.

We build Georgia with the people who do the job.

Five of us are on this page. The rest of Georgia comes from industry experts, client partners and the crews using it every week.

With industry experts

Sales trainers, executive coaches, safety leads, plant and commercial managers. Before we build a scenario library for an industry, we sit with people who have spent their careers in it. Their methodology goes into the product with their name on it.

In partnership with clients

Pilots on real sites, a shared roadmap, and scenarios written around the deals and shifts you are losing on this quarter. Your framework, your scoring, your language. If it does not hold up on your site, we do not consider it finished.

With the people using it

Reps and supervisors tell us which replies landed and which ones sounded like a robot. That feedback shapes the next release, usually within weeks.

Georgia was not designed in a lab. It was built on site.

Georgia is part of the KB&G Innovation Studio, which blends behavioural science with frontline reality. The studio shaped the product strategy, invested in development, and ran the pilot programmes that tested Georgia with industrial clients on their own sites.

It was pressure-tested in construction, mining, aggregates, ready mix and building materials, where margin is thin, delays are public, and the concern nobody raises can turn into an incident. We are now expanding into advisory, engineering and other high-stakes industries. These are the conversations teams practise most.

We are building more than a training tool. We are using technology to create a kinder, less toxic world.

The fastest way to understand Georgia is to watch someone use it on your own cases.
